This is just a little from my personal diary that I have decided to make public. Mostly some self-advice thoughts. Maybe someone else can find something of value here.
Minimize mistakes. Maximize lessons learned. 3/21/26
Every experience, both pleasant and unpleasant, is an opportunity to discover something new and beneficial. 3/28/26
Words without value are noise. Words with value are knowledge OR Useful words are knowledge, useless words are noise. 3/30/26
Never let external energy waste your internal energy. 3/30/26
The words life and learning for me are interchangeable. 4/1/26
Nothing is heavier than the weight of a grudge. 4/2/26
Instead of criticizing someone, would it not be better to ask the question, how can we help each other? 4/3/26
A person who has everything except gratitude has nothing, a person who has nothing but gratitude has everything. 4/3/26
A healthy diet starts with a healthy bite. 4/4/26
Only use your time and energy for opportunities that are available. Everything else is irrelevant. 4/4/26
Giving attention to an attention addict is like giving crack to a crack addict. Do them a favor and don't do it. Instead be patient and just do your best to try and help them. 4/4/26
It's not necessary, or possible, to understand everything that's happened in our lives. 4/9/26
In the future societies will of course become more civilized. An example of that I believe may be that freedom of speech will not include the freedom to criticize others. There will be no formal or legal punishment for this but if one participates they will be ostracized in their community and society. 4/10/26
Whatever happens in life, remain calm and treat others with respect. There can be no exceptions to these two rules. 4/27/26
Rudeness is never a wise investment. 6/1/26
Only your imagination can create opportunities. 6/3/26
The path of distraction and frustration will in time lead to failure. The path of calmness and focus will in time lead to happiness and success. 6/11/26
Throughout your life always try and improve the art of compromise, not only with others but with yourself. 6/12/26
A little intelligence can save a lot of work. 6/12/26
Seek knowledge, happiness and peace will then seek you. 6/12/26
There is no more valuable asset than a friend who can make you laugh. 7/26/26
If one can be nothing else in life be cheerful and that will be enough. 7/26/26
Never cause problems for other people. Never allow other people to cause problems for you. 7/27/26
Never criticize anyone, either try to help them or ignore them. 7/27/26
There should be no greater joy than learning. Putting young people through the stress and so forth of testing ruins this whole process. We can do better. 7/30/26
Neurons need nourishing, beginning at a very young age. We shouldn't blame the person when bad behavior is exhibited. If we are to blame anyone we should blame society for not adequately preparing and educating all young people. Eventually we, as a society, as a species, will get there and the world will need no jails or prisons. 7/30/26
If you wish to have a happy life be respectful to everyone. If you wish to have an unhappy life be disrespectful and rude. 7/30/26
Replace fear with familiarity. If something has you frightened don't run from it, learn more about it and many times you will discover that it is nothing to fear and may even be an opportunity. 7/31/26
Never waste energy (movement, visual focus, listening) over that which you have no control. Perhaps this is the greatest mistake we humans make in our lifetimes. On the bright side, with practice, it is an easily correctable mistake/habit. 8/1/26
What a neuron sends out is totally dependent on what is sent into them. We must accept that we are all the same, we just behave differently because what we have experienced in our lifetimes has been different. 8/1/26
Nothing is more important when faced with a challenge than maintaining a broad view of the situation. Be sure to be aware of what's going on in the periphery when analyzing a situation. The original center of attention may not actually be where the most important problem or opportunity is located. 8/2/26
Fear and creativity have an inverse relationship. Increase one and the other is likely to decrease. 8/6/26
There is no greater example of ignorance and wasted energy than the desire for revenge. 8/7/26
Touching a hot stove once should be a sufficient enough lesson so that we never touch it again. 8/7/26
The brains and muscles of the people of a country are that country's greatest natural resource. Nothing else is even close. 8/18/26
If we as a species and society just make sure that future humans globally during their first 20 to 25 years get an adequate amount of access to nutrition and knowledge there will be very few prisons and much fewer hospitals needed. 8/18/26
When faced with a challenge be patient and observant, often an opportunity caused by that very same challenge will present itself. 8/19/26
Behaviors in others that we observe and focus on are behaviors that we tend over time to absorb and exhibit ourselves. Choose carefully. 8/20/26
With proper training from the ages of 0 to 20 or 25 every human on the planet can live a dignified life and be respectful to others. 8/21/26
I believe in the coming decades that the intelligence of world leaders will reach the level that international armies will no longer be needed and the time, money and energy spent in this area can then be reallocated to other areas such as housing, nutrition and education. 8/22/26
A moment without gratitude
is a sad moment indeed
a moment without gratitude
is not for me.
I prefer a life
thankful for what I have
I prefer a life
never being mad.
I do not always succeed
but this is the life
I try to achieve. 8/23/26
Never waste time and energy on anything you can't affect. 8/15/25
Always be cheerful and you'll never be fearful. 8/16/25
Never present your argument in a way that makes the other person feel defensive. That only makes your task more difficult. 8/18/25
Never express a complaint without also expressing a solution. 8/20/25
There is no greater waste of time than responding to something when a response benefits no one. 9/11/25
Unexpected challenges often develop into unexpected opportunities. 10/23/25
